Produced by Brigham City businessmen Rudolph M. Kaiser and Joe Zimmerman. 500 struck, sold for 25 cents in local stores and banks. Event founded in 1904 as a day off from harvest and time to celebrate "an abundance of the best peaches in Utah", continues to present day..
