Cheyenne Semicentennial - 1917 - Cheyenne, WY
Celebration was part of annual Frontier Days program, first held 1897, during which famous Cheyenne Rodeo is principal feature. From single day event, it has grown into week-long affair staged in permanent Frontier Park in northwest part of city; financed by rodeo gate receipts.
