CHEYENNE SEMICENTENNIAL
1917
CHEYENNE, WY
Celebration was part of annual Frontier Days program,
first held 1897, during which famous Cheyenne Rodeo is principal feature.
From single day event, it has grown into week-long affair staged in
permanent Frontier Park in northwest part of city; financed by rodeo gate
receipts.
